Trip to Paris for the weekend after Valentine's Day
Yes, Mary and I went to Paris. We saw the Eiffel Tower and here is the photo to prove it:

Triskaidekaphobia
13. That's 'thirteen". As in 2013. Triskaidekaphobics, look out! Hey, we had a 1/3/13 so far but no Friday the 13th until September with the last this year in December...
Well, first post of this new year. So far my new position is going well. I enjoy the work and those with whom I work. My hours can still be "difficult" but they are not as bad as before. Mary and I have taken a couple of weekend and day trips as well as an eight day holiday trip over Christmas spent in Greeley, Colorado. It was nice!
While in Greeley, we had a different kind of burger. Jupiter Burger is one of those small drive through joints. There is a small table if you want to eat outdoors but December in Greeley....brrrrrrrrrrrr! Jupiter Burger has regular burgers, of course, but their menu includes a Krautburger:
